Your Zap ends in a “Webhooks by Zapier → POST” step that sends a small JSON event to your CoNote URL, carrying a shared secret in a header. You map the Zap’s fields into a title, date, and category.

Only if you point it at high-volume streams. CoNote is a record of what changed, so build Zaps for meaningful events — a launch, a status change, a milestone — not every row or message.
