HubSpot integration
Record contact, deal, and company changes from HubSpot as notes, so a shift in your numbers lines up with the CRM activity behind it.
This integration logs the HubSpot object events you subscribe to — contact, deal, and company changes — on your CoNote timeline, so CRM activity sits beside the rest of your company's events.
What lands on your timeline
A note for each subscribed event — for example a deal created, a contact's lifecycle stage changed, or a company property updated. You choose which events in HubSpot.
How it works
HubSpot sends a webhook (a batch of events) to CoNote from your HubSpot app. Each request is signed with your app's client secret, which CoNote verifies.
Setting it up
Add the integration
In Integrations, choose HubSpot. Copy the webhook URL shown after you connect.
Configure your HubSpot app
In your HubSpot developer app, open Webhooks, set the Target URL to the CoNote URL, and subscribe to the object events you want.
Paste the client secret
Copy the app's Client secret into this integration's settings, then install the app on your HubSpot account.
HubSpot webhooks come from a developer app, not your portal settings — you'll create one (free) and install it on your account.
